Frequently Asked Questions

  • Check-in is anytime after 4:00 PM.

For the best arrival experience, we recommend arriving before sunset. The property is intentionally low-lit to preserve the natural desert environment and dark skies, so daylight arrival makes it easier to navigate and get settled.

Plus, if you arrive before sunset, you can sit in the heated spa under three-story boulders and watch the sunset.

  • The exact address will be shared after a reservation is made. The home is located in a quiet, rural part of Pipes Canyon that is a 10-minute drive from Pappy & Harriet’s.  It can be dark and more difficult to navigate after sunset. We strongly recommend arriving during daylight if possible.

  • Cell service is very limited at the house, but Swim Rock Wi-Fi is strong, so you can stream and text by the pool.

We recommend screenshotting your access details before arrival. Once connected to Swim Rock Wi-Fi, you can use Wi-Fi calling, messaging apps, and streaming normally.

  • Early check-in and late check-out are not guaranteed but may be available upon request. Please reach out in advance and we’ll do our best to accommodate.

  • Check-out is by 11:00 AM.
